They say you often end up in the career you loved as a child. For me, that could not be more true.
I have been captivated by weddings for as long as I can remember, keeping a little pink book filled with bridal magazine cut outs with my best friend. I was that little girl enchanted by love stories, beautiful dresses and the excitement of a wedding day, never imagining that one day I would have the privilege of documenting celebrations like yours.
Growing up with a dad who photographed on film taught me to slow down and notice the moments that matter. Today, I still carry his camera to every wedding, a quiet reminder of where my love for photography began.
Outside of weddings, you'll usually find me with my little boy and two fur babies, wandering local markets with a chai in hand, picking up fresh flowers or spending an afternoon at my local pottery studio.
On a wedding day, my approach is gentle, calm and intuitive. I will guide you when you need it, then quietly step back, allowing your wedding to unfold naturally.
I find myself drawn to the moments many people never notice. The proud smile on your dad's face as he sees you for the first time. Your grandparents quietly holding hands during the ceremony. The heirloom jewellery carefully fastened by your mum. The laughter shared between friends when they think no one is watching.
These are the moments that become the most meaningful with time.
I intentionally take on a limited number of weddings each year so I can build genuine relationships with every couple, creating photographs that feel timeless, honest and unmistakably yours.
