An Editorial by Laura Megan Photography

There’s something truly special about photographing bridal couture. It goes beyond simply documenting a gown — it’s about capturing the craftsmanship, emotion, and story behind each piece. Over the past few years, I’ve had the privilege of working with some of the most innovative wedding dress designers in the industry, including Cappellazzo Couture, Cesar Chehade, and GWM Wedding.

These editorial shoots are more than just beautiful images — they are creative collaborations that explore design, movement, and light. They allow me to highlight the artistry behind each gown and create visual narratives that feel elevated, emotive and timeless.

Cappellazzo Couture | Drama with Architectural Elegance

Our editorial at St Paul’s Cathedral in London with Cappellazzo Couture was a career highlight — one that was later published in British Vogue. With sculptural silhouettes and modern, structural lines, Cappellazzo’s designs stood boldly against the grandeur of the cathedral. The contrast between contemporary couture and classical architecture made for a truly cinematic shoot, where every frame told a story of elegance, strength and beauty.

Cesar Chehade | Sophisticated with an Edge

Known for his refined lines and fashion-forward approach to bridal, Cesar Chehade brings something truly unique to the world of wedding couture. Our editorial shoot focused on minimal styling and clean composition to let the detail in each gown speak for itself. From strong tailoring to soft textures, the imagery captured the quiet power of modern bridal fashion.

GWM Wedding | Modern Romance in Motion

Working with GWM Wedding is always a delight. Their gowns are effortlessly romantic — blending traditional elements with a fresh, modern twist. For our shoot, we embraced natural light and soft movement to highlight delicate lace, flowing tulle and intricate beading. Each frame captured the femininity and grace that defines the GWM aesthetic.

Why I Love Editorial Bridal Photography

For me, editorial photography is about creating emotion and atmosphere. Whether I’m working with a fashion label or photographing a real bride, my goal is always to tell a story through light, shape, and soul.

If you’re a wedding dress designer looking to elevate your next campaign, or a bride to be wanting editorial-style wedding photos with depth and artistry — I’d love to work with you.

Let’s create something extraordinary.
